Overview
A fluoroscopy mode allows you to take advantage of the preset fluoroscopy
settings and get the G-Arm system ready for fluoroscopic imaging.
The following diagram includes all fluoroscopy modes that the G-Arm sys-
tem provides, and tries to depict their classifications and the inherent rela-
tionships among them.
As shown in the above diagram, the fluoroscopy mode can be categorized
by the X-ray emitting pattern or by the control method of the imaging pro-
cess, which consequently divides a fluoroscopy mode into the following four
major types:
●
Pulse mode (by X-ray emitting pattern)
●
Continuous mode (by X-ray emitting pattern)
●
Manual mode (by control method)
●
Automatic modes (by control method)
These basic modes are briefly introduced in the succeeding topics in this
section, together with introduction of some features and mode variants that
the G-Arm system offers to facilitate more use cases.
Pulse and continuous modes
According to different patterns through which the X-ray beam is generated,
the G-Arm system can be operated in two different types of modes:
●
