con le pinze in posizione orizzontale (Fig. 1):
1) Controllare che il primo perno (a) sia centrato con
l'alveolo.
2) staccare e chiudere il tubo dell'aria del cilindro (b)
con un giro di nastro adesivo per liberarlo dalla
pressione.
3) Togliere il cilindro (c) per accedere ai bulloni di
registrazione.
4) Stringere manualmente il gruppo pinze (Fig. 1) e
verificare che i perni siano centrati con gli alveo-
li dispari (esempio 1-3-5 ecc.), in caso contrario,
agire sui controdadi (d) fino ad ottenere il corret-
to centraggio partendo dal lato destro, dove la 1ª
pinza (e) è fissa, quindi procedere in sequenza
per le altre pinze poste a sinistra. Terminate le re-
golazioni, rimontare il cilindro e il tubo dell'aria.
5) verificare che tra il perno (F) più basso rispetto al
bordo dell'alveolo (g) risulti circa 3 mm, in caso
contrario agire sulla vite (H) allentando prima il
controdado (i).

pincer adJustMent
With the pincers in the horizontal position (Fig. 1):
1) Check that the first pin (a) is aligned with the cen-
tre of the cell.
2) Disconnect the cylinder air tube (b) and seal it
with adhesive tape to take off the pressure.
3) Remove the cylinder (c) in order to give access to
the regulating bolts.
4) Manually tighten the pincer unit (Fig. 1) and check
that the pins are in the centre of the odd-numbe-
red cells (e.g. 1-3-5 etc.). Otherwise, adjust the
lock nuts (d) until they are correctly centred, be-
ginning from the right side, where the 1st pincer
(e) is fixed, then dealing one by one with the other
pincers to the left of it. Once adjustment is fini-
shed, replace the cylinder and air tube.
5) Check that there is a gap of about 3 mm between
the pin (F) lower compared to and the side of the
cell. Otherwise, slacken the lock nut (i) and adjust
the screw (H).
