sostituzione cuscinetti
ruota di rincalzo
Nel caso necessitasse la sostituzione dei cuscinetti
della ruota, ad esempio per l'usura dell'anello in
gomma (a) la presenza di crepe, o per mancanza di
alcuni pezzi di gomma, oppure perchè i cuscinetti sono
consumati, è sufficiente togliere la spina di sicurezza
(b) e sfilare lateralmente la ruota.
con la ruota in mano:
• Togliere l'anello seeger (c).
• Spingere fuori con un martello in plastica la boccola
(d) dalla parte opposta.
• sfilare i due cuscinetti (e) posti da ambo i lati e
sostituirli.

Una volta tolta la boccola (d), togliere le 12 viti (F) ed i
due cerchi ruota si aprono in due metà. A questo punto,
sostituire il pezzo danneggiato (cerchi o pneumatico).
per il rimontaggio, procedere nell'ordine inverso.

In the event the bearings of the wheel must be repla-
ced, for example because the rubber ring (a) is worn,
cracks, flaking rubber, or worn bearings, just remove
the safety pin (b) and slide the wheel off.
While holding the wheel:
• Take off the Seeger ring (c).
• Push the bush (d) out with a plastic mallet from the
opposite side.
• Take off and replace the two bearings (e) on either
side.

Once removed the bushing (d), take off the 12 screws
(F) and the two wheel rims open in two halves. At this
point, replace the damaged piece (rims or tyre).
Proceed in the inverse order to remount.
