5.3 Query COMMANDs
Command
Description
Field Alarm threshold query command.
?ALR
The answer displays the threshold value in
the current unit followed by the averaging
time (minutes).
Acquisition mode query command.
?AQ_
The reply is in the format: AQ_LTR
where:
alias
L is an index to indicate the storing rate
1 for 1 min
command:
2 for 2 min
?AQP
3 for 6 min
4 for 15 min
T is a factory parameter which can be
ignored
R indicates the averaging mode which can
be A for AVG and R for RMS.
Battery voltage query command.
?BAT
The answer displays the battery values
VOLT and centimes of VOLT in the format:
BAT=VV.vv*
Asks for data related to the specified
?BNDn
frequency band, where n = band number.
The reply is the Start and Stop frequencies
in MHz.
Asks for data related to all of the frequency
?BNDALL
bands.
The reply is the list of the bands, as for the
?BNDn command
(This command cannot be used via SMS)
Station internal clock query command.
?CLK
The answer displays the time and date in
the format:
CLK=HH.mm.ss;GG.MM.YY*
H ---> hours
m ---> minutes
s ---> seconds
G ---> day
M ---> month
Y ---> year
Query commands interrogate the station for data; it responds back with a
message containing the requested information.
Query commands contain a ? character in the command string.
Example
Example: #SM?ALR*
Response: ALR=20 V/m; 1
Example: #SM?AQ_*
Response: AQ_=40A
It means that the Stations is storing a
measurement every 15 minutes and the
mean calculation is Average.
The alias command can be used in the
same way.
Example: #SM?AQP*
Response: AQ_=10R
Example: #SM?BAT*
Response: BAT=13.38
Example: #SM?BND1* for band
number 1.
Response:BND 1=0.100,1.000
Example: #SM?BNDALL*
Response:BND 1=0.100,1.000
BND 2=1.000,20.00
Example: #SM?CLK*
Response: CLK=13.32.57;23.11.07
