The following flowchart shows the procedures to be taken when D LINK LED is flashing.

Is the power supply module ON
for the CC-Link IE controller network module with
external power supply function?
Start the PLC diagnostics in the programming tool.
Has a LINK PARA.ERROR or
NETWORK PARAMETER ERROR
occurred in the CPU module?
Has a stop error other than the
above occurred in the CPU module?
Has a link stop been executed?
Has a circuit test been executed?
Check error factors with the CC IE Control
diagnostics and take corrective actions according
to the troubleshooting section.

Turn ON the power supply module.
Check the network parameters.

or safety CPU, check its LB/LW send range in
"Network range assignment" of the control station.
