While pushing up the cutter holder, push until its flange
completely touches the upper part of the cutter holder.

Make sure that the tool bracket is engaged on the cutter
plunger's flange, and then tighten the screw.

Removing the cutter plunger

When removing the cutter plunger, turn it counterclockwise to remove the cutter plunger.
