clear MCLK_SRC_SEL to use the SWIRE_CLK source, then power down the PLL by clearing PLL_START.
Additionally, the headset-detection sequence must be completed (HSDET_CTRL = 00 or 10) before CLOCK_STOP_
NOT_FINISHED is cleared.
