Remove the end-cover.
Nebulizer adjuster knob

Unscrew and remove the nebulizer adjuster knob.
5.
Remove the PEEK union/UNF coupling assembly and capillary from the
probe.
6.
Use the 7-mm wrench to loosen the locknut.
