7. Unscrew the PEEK union from the UNF coupling (this connection is
finger-tight).
8. Remove the ferrule from the capillary.
9. Remove the capillary from the UNF coupling.
Warning:
capillary and ferrule according to local environmental
regulations. They can be contaminated with biologically
hazardous, or corrosive materials.
10. Dispose of the capillary and ferrule in accordance with local
environmental regulations.
