Syntax
:CALCulate1:COMParator:AUXBin?
Description Turns ON/OFF the AUX_BIN function for sorting of the comparator function.
Depending on the ON/OFF state of the AUX_BIN function, the following difference
occurs in the sorting result when the measurement result of the secondary parameter
exceeds the limit range.

(sorts into any BIN other than BIN1 to BIN9) or passes (sorts into BIN1 to BIN9).
