1 For specified accuracy, allow the E5080A to warm up for a minimum of one
2 From the Host PC's Windows Start button, All Programs > Keysight > PD1000A
3 In the PD1000A Control Software, select either the On State S-Parameter

with the Keysight IC-CAP Model Data Manager
