Power Electronics Model
Generator (PEMG) Software
Device Modeling and Simulation Software
Keysight's PD1000A Control Software generates semiconductor device
characterization data that can be passed to the W8598BP/BT Power Electronics
Model Generator and Analysis Program (also known as the PEMG software). The
PEMG software creates a mathematical model of the device based on the Control
Software device characterization data. This mathematical model data can then
be passed to circuit simulation tools such as the PD1000A-ADS (Keysight's
Advanced Design System (ADS)). The PEMG software requires a license.
