The IV (Current / Voltage) and CV (Capacitance / Voltage) applications require
the Keysight power device analyzer with a test chamber. For additional

If these characterization tests are to be performed over a wide range (room
temperature to +250 ° C), they also require the InTEST HP289-PM Thermal
Platform. Refer to the InTEST documentation for detailed installation and setup
information. Note that the B1505A analyzer requires the Keysight N1265A text
fixture to work with the InTEST platform.

Note on SMD Devices

There is no standard B150xA test fixture for SMD devices. You to need to create
your own test fixture or solder wires to your SMD devices and use a standard test
fixture.
