On State and Off State S-Parameter Characterization
Configure System Hardware
1 Click Settings (upper left in the display window).
2 Select either:

Explorer window, click Show in Explorer to display the folder contents.

c To save settings and close the dialog, click the X icon in the title bar.
- OFF-State S-Parameter Measurement Control
- ON-State S-Parameter Measurement Control
This opens the Hardware Configuration dialog.
a Select Load Settings from File to display a file selection dialog.
b Use the file selection dialog to browse to the directory where you have
saved a settings file. The file must be a Keysight Test Settings file (.kts)
with one of the correct filenames and extensions:
-- IVCV.kts - for IV-CV tests
-- ONSTATE.kts - for on-state S-parameter tests
-- OFFSTATE.kts - for off-state S-parameter tests
c Select the file you want.
d Click Open. This loads the contents of the file and overwrites the current
test settings.
