IV and CV Test Output File Structure

The file structure for IV and CV tests is:

– The Output Directory is set in the Settings > Global Settings dialog for each
test.
– The first level sub-folders (T27, T75. and T125 in the example above)
represent the temperatures the device was tested at for IV tests only. The
first subfolder is sometimes named "Tnom" for room temperature
measurements.
– Multiple *.mdm files exist in each second level sub-folder. The actual file
names to be different depending on whether you are testing an IGBT or a
FET. The specific temperature and type of measurement are encoded in the
file names.
– S-Parameter tests (both on-state and off-state) and most CV tests are
done at room temperature only. Hence, they exist only in the first "T"
sub-folder (T27 in this example).
