Running the PD1000A System Software
From the Windows Start button, select PD1000A Control.
As described previously, the PD1000A Control Software provides two basic
groups of device characterization tests. For detailed test information, see the

IV and CV characterization data and the S-Parameter data are
saved in *.mdm files. You specify the location for the data files in the
Configure Common Settings dialog of the respective tests.
