S-Parameter Test Output File Structure

The file structure for S-Parameter tests is:

– The Output Directory is set in the drop down menu, Configure Common
Settings... for each test.
– The first level sub-folders (T27, T75. and T125 in the example above)
represent the temperatures the device was tested at for IV tests only. The
first subfolder is sometimes named "Tnom" for room temperature
measurements.
– Multiple *.mdm files exist in each second level sub-folder. The actual file
names to be different depending on whether you are testing an IGBT or a
FET. The specific temperature and type of measurement are encoded in the
file names.
– The SP sub-folder in the T27 folder is for the On State and Off State
S-Parameter tests.
– CV tests and S-Parameter tests are done at room temperature only.
Hence, they exist only in the first "T" sub-folder.
