Running the PD1000A Control
Software Demonstration Mode
The host PC does not need to be connected to any test equipment hardware to
run the demonstration plots (Demo Mode). The Demo mode provides sample
characterization plots of FET and IGBT devices.
In this chapter:
IV and CV Demo
S-Parameter Demo
Even though actual hardware does not need to be connected to the
host PC to run the Demo modes, you must still provide VISA
addresses and test parameter data in the setup and configuration
fields.
