IV and CV Device Characterization
Setup the CV to IV Switch.
1 Specify the HVSMU slot. (See Figure 15 above and refer to the Modules tab in

10 Click the Close button. You should hear clicking in the test chamber.
11 Click Tools > System > Configuration.
