General Test Setup

1 Connect two PD1000A Bias T networks to your PD1000A Test Fixture as
Figure 32 Connecting Two Bias Ts to the Test Fixture (TO-247 fixture shown,
2 Refer to Figure 33 below. From the B2902A Precision SMU, connect the dual

The Bias Ts and the Test Fixture must be supported on a table or
bench top.

a Connect four (two red and two black) dual banana plug cables to the Bias
T that provides bias voltage to the gate of the Device Under Test (DUT).
b The other ends of the dual banana plug cables connect to the B2902A
front panel Force High, Force Low, Sense High, and Sense Low connectors.
c Connect four (two red and two black) dual banana plug cables to the Bias
T that provides bias to the drain/collector of the DUT.
d The other ends of the dual banana plug cables connect to the B2902A rear
panel Force High, Force Low, Sense High, and Sense Low connectors.
