PEMG Introduction

The Power Electronics Model Generator software (PEMG) is an advanced device
modeling software tailored toward the model extraction requirements of discrete
semiconductor power electronic devices. It offers device modeling engineers and
circuit designers the most advanced and customizable software environment for
all modeling needs including data visualization, simulation, optimization,
verification and reporting.

Key Features

The Model Generator (MG) supports simple, fast and highly accurate automated
model extraction for a selection of discrete power electronic specific compact
and circuit models.

Minimum 2.0 GHz, recommended 2.9 GHz or higher (Intel i3 7th generation
or higher, AMD phenom II x4 / FX / A12 or higher.)
High-resolution color only (Super VGA, 1024x768, 15-inch monitor
minimum and at least 1280x1024 is required for Extraction packages).
Minimum is 2 GB RAM, recommended is 4 GB RAM. Minimum 4 GB RAM is
required for Windows 10.
Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher to view the PDF files.
1.5 GB for complete installation.
Python 2.7 - only for external user specific code
