Configure System Hardware

1 Select the IV and CV Measurement Control tab on the left side of the screen.
2 From the Settings menu, select Instrument Configuration for IV and CV

Measurement Control. Hardware.... Use this dialog to specify the B150xA VISA
address and SMU Module configuration, the InTEST Thermal Platform VISA
addresses, etc.
The B1506A configures the UHCU (Ultra Hight Current Unit) by
using the test chamber and two MCSMUs installed in the
mainframe.
