Parent/Child Steps
Some steps, such as the Flow Control Sweep Parameter step, are parent steps that allow you to add
one or more child steps. You can parameterize the settings of the child step(s) within the scope of
their parent step. A parent step can access and set the parameters of the child step(s) and, in some
cases, the child step(s) can access parameters of the parent step.
In the Steps dialog box, parent steps have the Add Child selection enabled:

Configure the instrument or Device under Test (DUT) you intend to use.

Add test steps and configure them accordingly.

Click on the Run icon to run the test plan.

Check the logs in the
Log Panel
The Log Panel displays the logs for the running/active test plan. See
instructions to run a text plan.
