IV and CV Test Requirements
Enable Temperature Regulation Loop
To set up the temperature regulation loop, you need to install two applications
that retrieve the sensor temperature information. This section uses the two
Temperature Sensor files that you downloaded to a memory stick. (See
"Download Setup and Configuration Files" on page 19.)
1 For the B1506A, insert the memory stick into the front panel.
2 In the tabs at the left, select Application Test.
3 Then select Library > Import....
4 Locate and click on both the Temperature Sensor 1.xtd and the Temperature

Congratulations, your power device analyzer and EasyEXPERT are
now configured!
This completes the one-time setup.
