Changing local machine information

Changing local machine information
You can change local machine information on the Machine Profile screen for the
local machine and on the Local Machine Administration window.
NOTE:
If you change the local machine profile, contact all remote network
administrators and inform them of the changes.

Changing the local machine profile

1. Start at the AUDIX command prompt screen.
2. Enter change machine at the enter command: prompt.
The system displays the Machine Profile screen for the local machine,
page 1:
3. Complete the fields on this screen using the information from
page
4-8.
NOTE:
The Machine Name, Type, Location, Extension Length, and Voice ID
fields are display only and cannot be changed except via the web
page.
