Setting up Avaya Site Administration

To set up Avaya Site administration, do the following:
1. Go to the Add System window, and choose Add Switch.
2. Assign a name , and click Next.
3. Choose Network Connection, and click Next.
4. Enter the IP address , and click Next.
5. Enter 22 for the Port Number in DEFINITY, and 24 for the Port Number in
INTUITY, and click Next.
6. Set the Timeout for establishing a connection to 60 seconds; leave the
Timeout for sustaining an idle connection at 0, and click Next.
7. Check which type of login connection to use, and click Next (If the
customer is using asg to select login manually). If manual login was
chosen, click Next.
8. If manual login was chosen, in Switch Summary screen, click Next, do
not test .
9. If automatic login is used, fill out the information in the next two windows.
10. When you reach the Switch Summary screen, click Next, do not test .
11. Click Finish on the last screen.
NOTE:
The IP address is the RAS IP found in MAESTRO, or by executing
the setip command at the bash prompt.
NOTE:
The same procedure can be performed to add the INTUITY
Avaya Site Administration.
