15.Check the instructions for your other options to
see if you need to install other boards before you
replace the top cover. . ~
16. Replace the top cover of the processor as
follows:
Lower the front of the cover into place. Press
in on the sides of the cover as you lower them
into place, making sure the cover edges fit
inside the processor frame (Fig. 2-7).
With hands pressing firmly against the sides
of the cover, give one quick pull toward the
rear of the processor. Make sure the sides
stay inside the processor frame.
Tighten the two screws on the back to secure
the top cover.

Connect your workstation to the XC 22
network by linking it to another workstation or
to an XC 22 NEU (Network Expansion Unit).
• Plug one end of the modular cord that came
with your XC22 Network Access Board kit~
into your workstation's OUT jack (Fig. 2-9).
