• Remove the cartridge and check to be sure
that your switches are positioned as follows:
In Bank A, switches 3, 4, 7 and 8 should be
positioned to the left (Om. Switches 1, 2, 5
and
6
should be positioned to the right (On).
If
you are using Writer, Switch

should be
positioned to the left (Om.
In Bank B, switches 7 and 8 should be
positioned to the left (Om. Switches 1
through 6 should be positioned to the right
(On).
In Bank C, switches 2, 6, 7 and 8 should be
positioned to the left
(Off).
Switches 1, 3, 4
and 5 should be positioned to the right (On).
In Bank D, switches 2, 3 and 6 should be
positioned to the right (On). Switches 1, 4, 5,
7 and 8 should be positioned to the left.
Note: Use the tip of a ballpoint pen or a small
screwdriver to change switch settings,
if
necessary.
