• Run the CONFIGUR program.
(If
you have
a dual floppy system, it is located on the
Utilities disk.)
• Press F3-Configur Serial Ports. The
Configur Seriaf Ports Menu will be
displayed.
• Press F2-Device until it displays XRX620.
• Check to be sure that F3-Baud Rate is set to
1200.
• Check to be sure that F4-Stop Bits is set to
1.
• Check to be sure that F5-Word Length is
set to 7.
• Check to be sure that F6-Parity is set to
Even .
• Press F7-Protocol. The Protocol Menu will
be displayed .
• Check to be sure that Fl-Soft Protocol is
set to Xon/Xoff.
• Check to be sure that F3-Data Terminal
Rdy is set to High.
• Check to be sure that F4-Request to Send
is set to High.
• Check to be sure that F5-Clear to Send is
set to High.
• Check to be sure that F6-Carrier Detect is
set to High.
If you have made any changes
in
the Protocol Menu
• Press F9-Accept this Configuration .
• Press FlO-Return to Previous Menu. The
Configur Serial Ports Menu
will
be
displayed.
