Turn these controls clockwise as far as they will
go. Then turn them back about halfway.
IMPORTANT:
If your screen is monochrome
(black & white), it is recommended that you set
the brightness to the lowest practical setting.
Using hiJJh brightness can result in a residual~
image bemg etched on the screen.
You are now ready to turn the system on.
When you do, it will automatically complete a Self-
Test which checks to be sure memory and basic
components are working properly. This test will
take from 15 to 90 seconds, depending on the
amount of memory installed.
