Because the XC 22 board has only one edge
connector, it should be inserted into the first
available single row socket to the right.

Locate the position for the board.

Remove the screw and the option slot plate and(\
set them aside (Fig. 2-4).

Move the colored wires that cross the socket
away from the socket itself. Position the wires -
so that they will be either beneath or above the
XC 22 board when it is installed (Fig. 2-5).
