Appendix A of the MS-DOS with ScreenMate
manual will step you through a one-time software
installation procedure. After completing the
procedure, follow the steps below.
• Run the CONFIGUR program. (If you have
a dual floppy system, it is located on the
Utilities disk.)
• Press F3 · Configur Serial Ports
• Press F2 · Device until it displays
XRX610C.
• Press F9 · Accept this Configuration
• Press FlO · Return to Main Menu
. Press F4 · Reroute Devices
• Press F3 · Redirect Printer
. Press F2 · Parallel Port 1 (Parallel Port 1
will change to Serial Port
1.)
. Press F9 · Accept this Configuration
• Press FlO · Return to Reroute Menu
. Press FlO · Return to Main Menu. The
Configur Main Menu displays.
Note:
If
you have a dual floppy system, save the
changes on the MS-DOS "Boot" Disk.
• Check to be sure F2 on the Configur Activate
Menu is set to the correct destination drive.
• Press F9 · Activate Changes
• Press F4 · Save and Activate
