Importing a released service template

You must export and import templates if you are using two different Automation Director environments.
Service templates that are built and released in the test environment must be exported and then imported
to the production environment.
All templates that are provided with Automation Director are ready to use in the Services Templates tab.
In addition, all templates that are released from Service Builder appear in the Service Templates tab.
Description
Version number of the template.
Description of the template.
Identifier name of the template.
Template vendor.
Tags applied to the template.
Date the template was created.
Date the template was released.
Date and time the template was last updated.
Whether the template is the latest version. In Card View, an
outdated template has an OUTDATED badge.
Number of services using the template. Click to open the Table
View of the Services tab with services using the template.
Number of templates using the template. Click to open the
Templates using the template dialog box where you can select
a template and click View Flow to open the flow window for the
template.
Whether any services are using an outdated version of the
template. In Card View, the template has a NEED VUP badge.
Template includes outdated components.
Description
A service is using an outdated template. You can use Apply Latest Version to
apply the latest template.
The template is using an outdated version of another template or
components. You can use Update Template to update the template version.
The template is fewer than 14 days old.
The template is being used by services.
