Diagnostic memory filter with which can be used to determine whether running
errors are to be recorded or not.

Comment
By recording the running faults it can be determined how long the error has exis­
ted. Incoming and running faults each represent one entry. With running faults,
the error number "0" is entered. A maximum of 40 entries are saved together.
