I/O Format
Note 1: Will be turned ON when all measurement results are judged to be PASS for the already registered output
numbers. This can be used for the comprehensive judgment. However, the OFF delay will not function.
Note 2: Will be turned ON if at least one of the measurement results is judged to be ERROR for the already registered
output numbers. This can be used to identify that an error has occurred. However, the OFF delay will not
function.
Note 3: Will be turned ON during measurement. Will be turned OFF while the scene is changed or set.
Note 4: Will be turned ON during Trigger measurement. Use this terminal to confirm whether or not the trigger is
operating normally when self-trigger is set as the trigger input method.

to an external device.
