17.12 Position Deviation Simple Monitor

"Position deviation simple monitor" is a function to monitor the difference between the current
position controlled within the FP-XH M8N Control Unit and the AMP current position fed back
from the AMP.
• The deviation can be read from the each axis information area in the positioning memory
using a user program.
• It can also be monitored by the "data monitor function" of Configurator PM7.
 Monitoring by the FP-XH M8N Control Unit
The position deviation of the first axis is read and written to DT0 to DT1 and monitored.

KEY POINTS
