0 = OFF [Default],
1 = LOW,
2 = MIDDLE,
3 = HIGH
ch_1-8: Output channel
0 = All HDMI outputs, 1 = OUT1A to 8 = OUT8A

0 = All outputs, 1 = OUT1 to 8 = OUT8
