The number of digits of the Decimal portion is fixed to 4 digits. If a deviation calculation results in
a value with 5 decimal places, it will be stored with one digit overflowing into the integer portion.
Examples: The value -0.1234 is stored as follows:
Area of decimal portion: 1234; Area of integer portion: 0000; Sign area: F000
The value -0.12345 is stored as follows:
Area of decimal portion: 2345; Area of integer portion: 0001; Sign area: F000
