General-purpose Command 2 (Sequence No. 366 (Hex 016E))
This general-purpose command is used to send data with a specified data length, and receive back
ACK in addition to other receive data. The frame format of the receive data, however, has to contain
STX and ETX. STX and ETX are automatically attached to the send data.
