This sequence writes the contents of the specified number of elements from the address of the speci-
fied parameter area to the specified node number.

Set the number of bytes to write to twice the of the actual number of send data bytes. This is neces-
sary because the data is converted to ASCII data before being written. When hexadecimal data is
converted to ASCII data, data in the first write address +0 and +1 is stored in I/O memory in order
from the leftmost word to the rightmost word and the data is sent starting from the send data word
with the largest offset. This is done because user programs handle data in 2-word (4-byte) units.
