Use this command to set the minimum user login password length.

set system password aging
Use this command to set the number of days user passwords will remain valid before aging out, or
to disable user account password aging.
Syntax
set system password aging {days | disable}

Mode
Switch command, super user.
Specifies the minimum number of characters for a user account password.
Valid values are 0 to 40.
Specifies the number of days user passwords will remain valid before
aging out. Valid values are 1 to 365.
Disables password aging.
