8164A Lightwave Measurement System: only checks if the value equals 0. (0 -> display off,
other values: display on)

:DISPlay:ENABle<wsp>ON|OFF|1|0
Enables or disables the display.
The display is cleared, and an appropriate message displayed. This setting may improve
sweep performance.

If you press [L
] softkey, the display is enabled automatically.
