5. Windows 7: In local area connection properties, verify that only ONE Internet Protocol version is
checked. If multiple versions are checked, uncheck all until there is only ONE checked. Select
that TCP/IP, then click Properties.
Windows XP: Select the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" connection and click the Properties
button.
