Turn off the machine, make sure that the remaining memory capacity
is 100%. If the machine is switched off for more than an hour, any fax
messages in the memory may be lost.
Procedure
Look at the Check Display indicator. If it
is blinking, correct the fault.
Take off the document tray.
Open the operation panel (lift the center
edge of the cover and rotate it up).
