SCANNING QUICKLY
Press the Yes key.
Either:
Dial another number (Broadcasting).
See the next section : Go to step 2.
Press the Start key.The machine will
scan the document and dial.
The machine dials, and the line to the
other party is connected.
Watch the display. The identification of the other party will appear. If you
have dialed the wrong number, press the Stop key as soon as possible
and start over again.
After sending the message, the ma-
chine hangs up automatically.
Transmission Using the Group Key
Either:
Place a document into the feeder.
Press the Quick Dial 10 (Group
Key). Then enter the group number.
Press the Start key.
Programming the Group Key
Sending the Same Message to Many Destinations
This feature is called Broadcasting. When you are in Memory Transmission
mode, you can send the same message to many destinations (maximum 30
destinations). After dialing the number of the first destination (steps 2 & 3
above), dial another number. Repeat this procedure until you have dialed all
the numbers, then press the Start key.
