Automatic Line Feed
You can set the printer so it performs an automatic line feed(ALF) after each
carriage return (CR). You need to set this function only if you are using an
application program that does not include a carriage return with a line feed.
Follow these steps:
Make sure the printer is off-line and the
machine is in standby mode.
Press the Function key and 3,5 using
the ten keypad, then press the Yes key. .

Press the Yes key. Then, press the
