7-4 Disassembly and Reassembly

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL

Follow the procedure below to prepare for installing or removing components.
Shut down the operating system.
1.
Press the POWER switch to power off the server (the POWER lamp goes off).
2.
Remove all cables and power cords from the server.
3.
NOTE: You will need a Phillips screwdriver and a flat-blade screwdriver
to install or remove components in this server.
