The steps to establish a connection, in this case are:
1. Enter the IP address or hostname of the target device.
2. Select the protocol to be used (SSH in this example).
3. Verify the port value. PuTTY will automatically set this value based on the selected
protocol. You may need to modify this value if the target device uses a non-standard port
for SSH or Telnet.
4. Click Proxy in the Category pane on the left hand side of the window. The following page
is displayed.
