uploads, applies, or removes a patch from a joined ZoneRanger.

Note, patch_number should NOT include the .pat file extension. All patches contain an internal
timeout so in most cases, the timeout does not need to be specified.

The patch will not be installed until the
upload
from the ZoneRanger within the specified timeout. If no response is received within the
timeout period, the upload will fail.
patchZR zoneranger apply [-timeout seconds ] patch_number

ZoneRanger. If the patch has not been completely applied within the specified timeout period,
the command will exit. The patch will be applied to completion.

subcommand uploads the specified patch to the specified ZoneRanger.
subcommand will continue uploading the file as long as it receives periodic responses

subcommand applies (installs) the specified patch to the indicated
subcommand is issued. The
