8. Remove the
fuel-pump-to-carburetor hose.
9. Loosen the clamp securing the air intake duct to
the air filter housing.
10. Disconnect the crankcase vent hose from the air
filter housing. Remove the clamp securing the
carburetor intake duct to the air filter housing;
then remove the air filter housing.

11. Remove the clamp securing the cooling duct
boot to the V-belt housing; then remove the
cooling duct boot from the V-belt housing out-
let.
12. Remove the left-side foot peg and footwell (see
Section 8).
